Privacy notice
A short, plain-English summary of how I handle information you share through this website.
Who I am
I am Dr Jade Poh, a clinical psychologist working as Minda Therapy. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and I am responsible for the personal information you send me through this site.
What I collect, and why
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, phone number, email address, your message, and any contact preferences you give. I use this only to respond to your enquiry. Please do not put detailed personal or health information in the form.
Who handles it
Your message is received through my website host’s form service and delivered to my email account, which is provided by Microsoft. These providers handle the information on my behalf, and some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. I do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics tracking, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only for as long as I need to respond, and delete them if we do not go on to work together. If we do work together, clinical records are held in line with professional and legal requirements, which I will explain in your therapy agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, email jade@mindatherapy.co.uk.
