Room to breathe, think and begin again.
I help people find their way through difficulties with mental health, physical health, big life changes and questions of meaning. Together we make sense of what is happening, and build a sense of who you would like to be as you recover, grow and heal.

Hello, I’m Dr Jade Poh.
My approach is warm, collaborative and flexible. We go at a pace that feels right for you, and every decision is made together.
I work with self-funded clients and alongside case managers, always aiming to support the whole person.

Send a short message. We can have an informal chat first if you are unsure what you need.
First session

Good to know
Do I need a GP referral?
No. Self-referrals are accepted for both therapy and assessment. Referrals are also welcome from families, case managers, solicitors, GPs and other professionals.
Do I need a diagnosis, or to be in crisis, to come?
No. Many people are generally managing well but are going through a period of change, want to make sense of something that has happened, or would like to understand recurring patterns or explore their own development. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral. I work with children, young people, adults and older adults.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both are available. I see clients online, and in person at therapy rooms in Chiswick, Kensington and West Hampstead. Community or home visits can be arranged on an individual basis.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a longer, 90 minute assessment. We talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to achieve, and what has helped or not helped so far. By the end we agree a plan for moving forward together.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what brings you to therapy and what feels manageable right now. Some people find a few sessions are enough for clarity, while others benefit from longer term support. There is no fixed number and you are never locked in.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the type of work, whether that is therapy, assessment or reports, and are shared when you get in touch. Please enquire and I will send the details.
Do you work with case managers and solicitors?
Yes. I regularly work alongside case managers and within multidisciplinary teams, and I provide clear, structured reports to support clinical, legal and case management processes.
Ready to talk?
Individuals, families and case managers are all welcome.
