About me
A warm, collaborative approach, grounded in clinical training and years of neuro-rehabilitation experience.

Hi, I’m Dr Jade Poh. I’m a HCPC-registered clinical psychologist in London, with a background in neuro-rehabilitation and experience working with people living with physical health conditions. Alongside that, I support individuals and families with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, whether or not there is a neurological condition involved.
People often come to me for help with anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, burnout, OCD, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Sometimes these experiences are linked to big life changes or health issues, and sometimes they are not. Either way, you are welcome here.
I work with people across the lifespan, from children and young people to adults and older adults. My training spans child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), youth services, learning disabilities, and adult and older adult mental health. I have also specialised in neurological conditions and rehabilitation, including clinical health, such as supporting people with physical health difficulties and adjustment to a diagnosis. I also treat phobias, personality difficulties, and relationship and interpersonal difficulties. You do not need to be in crisis to see me. Many people come while generally doing okay, but going through a period of transition, wanting to make sense of something, or wanting to understand recurring patterns and explore their own development.
As well as seeing self-funded clients, I often work alongside neuro and non-neuro case managers to provide tailored, evidence-based input that supports the person as a whole.
My approach is warm, collaborative and flexible. I use a range of psychological models and always tailor our work to what feels right for you, creating a safe and supportive space to explore what is going on and move towards meaningful change.
